Frederick NEALE

Frederick was born on 31st July 1879 to Peter Lacey and May Neale.

Prior to enlisting in the army on 11th December 1915 he was a labourer. His home address was Fengate, Weeting

Called up in March 1916, he was posted to the Bedford Regiment as Private 28954 on the 23rd.

He was discharged as unfit for service on the 20th June 1916. In his report, the Medical Officer stated:

He suffers with asthma & bronchitis. His articulation is so imperfect that he cannot make himself understood. His cerebration is so slow as to seriously impede his execution of commands.
